Online questionnaire, FREE consultation, up to training 

To begin, please complete the online health assessment forms. Following this, we'll conduct a thorough in-person evaluation, which includes a comprehensive workout session. During this time, we'll discuss your current health status, establish your goals, and collaboratively determine the most effective path forward. My recommendations are always data and research-driven, ensuring you receive the highest quality guidance tailored to your unique needs.

Custom Personal Plan Creation 

Following your complimentary consultation, we'll collaboratively select the personal training package that best aligns with your health and wellness goals.

Constant Reassessment 

Effective personal training is built on data-driven progression. We'll consistently track your advancement using research-backed methods. If you're not moving towards your goals, we'll thoroughly diagnose the reasons why. Approximately once a month, we'll conduct an in-depth review of your health markers and established goals to ensure we're always on the most effective path forward.
