Control your mood with Wimhoff breathing

With as little at 5-11 minutes a day, Wimhoff breathing has changed my life and can potentially change yours. I am, by no means a breathing guru like Ice Man himself (not Val Kilmer from Top Gun), but I have done this enough to know that it works immediately but not without effort. Go slow and lie down at first and progressively increase as your body adjusts. Happy breathing!
